6. Pricing and Payment
6.1. Fees
Our fees are clearly outlined on our Pricing page and in your engagement letter. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

One-time payments: Due upon signing the engagement letter
Payment plans: Monthly installments as agreed
Invoices: Sent via email with payment instructions
6.3. Late Payments
Payments not received within 30 days of the due date may incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6.4. Refunds
